How to Sex your Snake. was a fun, fast paced book. Likeable characters and and a good, funny story.
I really enjoyed Melissa's book. It was very entertaining and an easy read. I'm not a big reader so this was great for me. Job well done. I look forward to a 2nd book.
Fast paced adventure with a feisty heroine. Loved the unique characters and touches of humor.
Pleasant read. I love that June (the main character) is such a character. Easy read, and a good story with some laugh out loud parts. Looking forward to her next one!
In the vein of Carl Hiaasen, How to Sex Your Snake is an entertaining page-turner full of shenanigans and sticky situations. Colorful characters, a twisty plot and creepy crawlies keep the pages turning. This book is filled with so many laugh-out-loud moments and a truly believable mom, who loves to heap onto June's misery. If you've ever had that feeling of just needing a break, but not seeming to get it, you'll relate to June and her adventure of misadventures. This is a must for any summer pool or beach bag!
Banczak created a vibrant character in June Nash. I got a kick out of all her random predicaments. As a snake hater, there were plenty of cringe worthy moments for me, but they were totally worth it. This is the funniest book I’ve read in a while.
How to Sex Your Snake is great fun! I was hooked right into the action from the very first page and found all the characters to be likeable. The plot is intriguing, but the details make it especially unique and different. June is adorable and quirky. When I fall in love with a character, I turn into a binge reader. As I’m a series junky, I anxiously await the next June Nash misadventure!
